Michigan Division Circuit Championship
Currently the division circuit consists of the following 6 open tournaments:
1. Ann Arbor Duelist Open, Ann Arbor Dueling Society
2. Schoolcraft Open, Schoolcraft Fencing Club
3. Buick City Open, Genesee Fencing Club
4. Holiday Open, Renaissance Fencing Club
5. Excalibur Open, West Michigan Fencing Academy
6. Michigan Division Championship, Michigan Division
The points for each event are calculated as following.
(Total Entries – Final Place + 1) x Event Factor = Event Points
Where Event Factor depends on the rating of the event.

Total Circuit Points are calculated as following.
(The Sum of Best Three Results from Tournament 1 to 5) + 2x Event Points of Michigan Division Championship.
After all circuit events are completed, fencers with
highest total circuit points will be crowned the Grand Champion of Michigan in
their respective weapon (all six weapons).
Also, using the same total points, award (all six weapons):
1. Best D finisher of the season 2001-2002
2. Best E finisher of the season 2001-2002
3. Best U finisher of the season 2001-2002
